Most six figure job search executives are highly motivated, over achievers that are not used to spending a lot of “down time”. The point here is that you do need to allow yourself some “down time” to re-group and recharge your executive job search.
If you keep pushing yourself during your executive job search, you will create an environment of zero diminishing returns.
When you step back from your executive job search process, relax and recharge, you will find your mind sharper and stronger in the area to fully assess your job search, and think with a stronger strategic mind.
After your “down time”, re-write and update your six figure job search game plan.

Have a wonderful week-end, and allow yourself to relax and recharge for next week.
Have a great week and long week-end with your family!
